Company ProfileTalk Electronics was founded by Kevin Edwards in 1996. Based in Surrey,
England, the goal of the company is to produce audio electronics of the very
highest quality, focusing predominantly on musical performance without eschewing
the traditional hi-fi qualities expected of premium audio products. The company motto 'Listen and Believe'. tries to encompass the understanding of the difference between music and hi-fi reproduction which forms the basis of each product's design. The traditional 'hi-fi' virtues of clarity and detail, sound-staging and depth, to name a few, are undeniably very important and certainly contribute to convincing reproduction of music. Even more vital however is the reproduction of music and musicians - passion, soul, involvement, a belief in real music-making. Designed by a musician for music-lovers, these are the beliefs that make Talk Electronics one of the hi-fi industry's most respected companies - qualities that prompted the world-famous Gramophone Magazine to declare of one of our CD players, "... one of the greatest examples of the genre..." |
